Website Terms of Use

These Terms apply to your use of the Enterprise Martech public website. The website is operated by Enterprise MarTech Pty Ltd (ABN 98 666 472 779), trading as Enterprise Martech. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Information, not professional advice

The website provides general information, research and perspectives about enterprise MarTech, customer technology and related operating decisions. It is not legal, financial, procurement or other professional advice and does not take account of your organisation’s circumstances. You are responsible for obtaining advice appropriate to a consequential decision.

Enquiries and Knowledge Hub interest

Sending an enquiry does not create an adviser–client relationship or require either party to proceed. Any consulting engagement is governed by a separate written proposal, mandate or agreement.

Registering Knowledge Hub interest does not create an account, grant access, establish a subscription or guarantee a launch date, price, catalogue or availability. Any future Knowledge Hub terms will be presented separately before account creation, access or purchase.

Intellectual property and permitted use

Unless stated otherwise, Enterprise Martech owns or is licensed to use the website and its content, including text, frameworks, diagrams, branding and design. You may view and make a reasonable internal copy of public content for your own lawful, non-commercial evaluation. You must not reproduce, publish, sell, adapt or commercially exploit a material part of the website without prior written permission or another legal right to do so.

Acceptable use

You must not use the website unlawfully.

You must not interfere with the website’s operation or security or attempt unauthorised access.

You must not introduce malicious code or impersonate another person.

You must not scrape the website at a volume that disrupts the service or submit information you do not have the right to provide.
