About Enterprise Martech
Independent MarTech advice.
Enterprise Martech helps senior leaders make architecture, platform, decisioning and implementation choices with a clear view of the evidence, operating implications and readiness to proceed.
The role Enterprise Martech plays
Enterprise Martech is a specialist advisory and architecture practice for organisations navigating complex customer-technology estates. The practice helps sponsors and cross-functional teams define the decision, make the relevant evidence visible, test architecture and operating implications, and establish a practical direction for implementation.
The work is designed to strengthen client decision quality. It does not transfer business accountability, governance authority or implementation ownership away from the client.
What the practice is accountable for
- Framing the decision, business stakes, success criteria and evidence boundary.
- Assessing relevant customer-technology capabilities, architecture, data, governance and operating-model constraints.
- Comparing options, assumptions, dependencies and material trade-offs.
- Defining architecture principles, decision rights and implementation-readiness actions.
- Handing over clear recommendations, decision records and a practical sequence for the work ahead.
How the advisory practice works
- The decision, sponsor, evidence boundary, participants, outputs and responsibilities are agreed before work begins.
- A principal advisor remains accountable for the advisory judgment and core client relationship.
- Client leaders retain decision authority. Client teams and appointed delivery partners retain implementation accountability.
- Material changes to scope, evidence, stakeholders, delivery requirements or outputs are agreed through written change control.
Independence
Recommendations are made independently of platform resale or implementation-partner incentives. Any material commercial relationship or conflict relevant to the engagement is disclosed.
Relevant experience
- MarTech strategy and enterprise architecture across complex customer ecosystems.
- Customer data, decisioning, orchestration and cross-channel engagement architecture.
- Platform evaluation, stack rationalisation, capability maturity and implementation readiness.
- Work alongside senior leaders, internal teams and delivery partners where commercial, service, risk and technology priorities must be reconciled.
Principal advisor
Henry Hernandez-Reveron
Founder and principal advisor
Henry Hernandez-Reveron is founder and principal advisor of Enterprise Martech. He leads advisory work across customer-technology strategy, MarTech architecture, decisioning, governance and implementation readiness. He translates complex evidence, platform constraints and competing stakeholder priorities into decisions leaders and delivery teams can act on, and remains accountable for core advisory judgment and the client relationship.
Specialists and delivery partners
Specialists may be introduced only where an agreed scope requires clearly identified expertise. Their role, commercial relationship and responsibilities are made explicit. Enterprise Martech can work alongside internal teams and appointed delivery partners without assuming their implementation responsibilities.
Capacity boundary
Enterprise Martech is a focused senior advisory practice, not a large implementation agency. Engagements are bounded so the promised advisory attention, evidence review and decision quality remain credible.
