Who we are
Enterprise MarTech Pty Ltd (ABN 98 666 472 779), trading as Enterprise Martech, is responsible for personal information handled through this website. In this notice, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Enterprise Martech.
Contact us at info@enterprisemartech.com. Enterprise MarTech Pty Ltd has registered offices in Melbourne, Australia.
Information we collect
When you send a consulting enquiry, we collect your name, work email, organisation, role or responsibility, selected area of interest, timing, the decision or challenge you describe and your Privacy Notice acknowledgement. We also record submission time and relevant source, referral and campaign context. The v1 consulting form does not ask you to subscribe to marketing.
When you register Knowledge Hub interest, we collect your work email, submission time, source context, the Privacy Notice version presented to you and whether you selected the separate optional choice to receive Knowledge Hub emails. If you select that option, we also retain the approved consent wording and version, the time and method of the choice, the email channel, source and Knowledge Hub Updates subscription category needed to evidence and manage it. Registering interest without selecting the option does not subscribe you to marketing.
Our hosting and security systems may process technical request data such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, requested pages and security or rate-limit signals.
Google Analytics 4 may be used to understand website use and content and conversion-path performance. It may collect page and session activity, approximate location, browser and device information and a first-party identifier such as _ga. Names, email addresses and free-text enquiry content must not be sent to Google Analytics 4. Optional analytics storage must remain disabled when a visitor denies it.
How we use information
We use personal information to assess, respond to and manage consulting enquiries; create or update the relevant CRM record and manage any resulting consulting conversation; record Knowledge Hub interest and send the requested launch notice and confirmed access details; operate, secure, measure and improve the website; and comply with applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations.
We send ongoing Knowledge Hub emails only when you affirmatively select the separate optional checkbox on the Knowledge Hub form. Those emails are limited to new Knowledge Hub research, resources, access news and future Knowledge Hub offers and do not include general Enterprise Martech or advisory marketing. Knowledge Hub interest alone is not marketing consent. You can withdraw the optional email choice at any time using the unsubscribe method in a marketing email or by contacting us. Withdrawing from Knowledge Hub emails does not cancel your Knowledge Hub interest or the factual launch information you requested unless you ask us to remove that interest as well.
Service providers and overseas processing
Service providers used to operate the website and manage enquiries include Netlify for hosting and request processing, HubSpot for CRM and enquiry operations, and Google Analytics 4, supplied by Google, for website measurement. These providers may process information outside Australia, including in the United States. Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers, contractors or authorities where reasonably necessary for the purposes above or required by law.
HubSpot is used to manage consulting enquiries, Knowledge Hub interest and, when separately selected, the Knowledge Hub Updates email subscription and its consent evidence.
We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, our business records and applicable legal obligations. We then delete or de-identify it where reasonably practicable.
We may retain consent and withdrawal records for as long as reasonably necessary to demonstrate and manage subscription choices and meet applicable legal obligations. The retention period and deletion procedure for these records must be approved before marketing enrolment is enabled.
We take reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Access, correction and complaints
You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by contacting us using the details above. We may need to verify your identity. We will consider and respond to the request or complaint within a reasonable period.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may be able to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our information-handling practices change. The current version and last-updated date will appear on this page.
